Elite Leadership Training provides leadership and team-building exercises and seminars, at your location or at an extensive training area. Each program is custom designed to fulfill your organization's needs and requirements. Let our staff work with you to develop a plan. The following is a brief list of some of our programs.
Team Building Exercises: Physically and mentally challenging scenarios, which require groups to act together to achieve a common goal or purpose. This process helps develop group compatibility, problem-solving techniques and conflict resolution skills. They also improve morale and motivation. These exercises are designed so that group members cannot accomplish the task working individually. Each scenario has a clearly defined objective which provides the group with a sense of accomplishment once the objective is reached.
Leadership Development Courses: Similar to a "Team Building Exercise", with one person selected as the group leader. Group members can provide suggestions on how to complete a task, but the leader is responsible for making the actual decision. In addition to developing team cohesiveness, these exercises develop leadership skills, such as: decisiveness, judgment and communication skills.
Motivational Speaking: Our motivational speaking seminars average 60 minutes with an additional 15 minute question and answer period. We also offer an outstanding 30 minute "role- play" session, which will continue to forge the foundation of leadership for your managers. Topics include leadership development, conflict resolution, crisis management, and many more.
Defense & Security: This training includes: armed and/or unarmed self defense, physical security, marksmanship, weapons, and tactics. As with our other programs, this service can be provided at our location, or at your facility. Defensive and offensive driving courses will be available late 2007.
